Q.:  How up to date are the files on the offsite backup server?

A.:  The backup is real time. As soon as you input a reservation, save a files on the server or input data into quickbooks, it is saved instantly.

 

Q.:  We need to order a new computer. Do you do that for us?

A.:  Yes we do and we can save you a ton of money.

 

Q.:  Our server room is a wreck. Will you travel to our location to help us out?
A.:  Yes we do. This is an additional daily charge plus airfare and lodging

 

Q.:  It would cost us thousands of dollars to pay a local computer company to do what you do. How can you do this so cheap?
A.:  We have been in the I.T. industry for almost 20 years. We are good at what we do. Most computer issues are end user initiated. Once we lock down your network, failures are far and few between.
